Day 01: Arrival at Dubai

On your arrival at Dubai International Airport, our representative would transfer you to the hotel. After getting refreshed, you can have a walk around your hotel or you can relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. In the evening, go for Dhow cruise with dinner. Enjoy the cruise, dinner while sailing through the creek of Dubai. Overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 02: Dubai Sightseeing Tour

After having the breakfast in the morning, the coach would pick you up for panoramic city tour of Dubai. See the tourist attractions of one of the richest cities in the world. Return back to the hotel, rest of the time is free for you, do shopping and explore nearby place. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Desert Safari Tour

After the morning breakfast, you can roam around the hotel. In the afternoon, go for an exciting sunset desert safari. Enjoy the desert activities followed by BBQ dinner. Return back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Departure from Dubai

After having the breakfast in the morning at the hotel, our representative would transfer you to Dubai International Airport for your onward journey.

  • Service Confirmations are subject to availability at the time of reservations.
  • Prices can vary depending on actual availability of the service and change in the number of passengers. Any change in quotation will be communicated to you and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
  • Surcharges may be applicable over and above the tour price for the quoted period. At the time of booking or prior to confirmation, the same will be advised. Once you confirm the reservation, we will need advance payment for the reservation of your tour package and rest payment within 30 days prior to the departure of the tour.
  • All activities, sightseeing, and other optional tour/ services/rides, if left unutilized or partially utilized by choice or due to other uncontrollable situations /weather / time constraint, any other circumstances are not subject to any refund.
  • Prices or rates quoted to you in the itinerary are calculated at the prevailing prices and are subject to change without any prior notice in the case of the currency fluctuation increase in the cost of fuel charges, sudden change in any related hotel tariff, air/ rail/ bus/ entry ticket cost increase or transport cost increase due to change of route, change in any related government tax structure, alteration of itinerary program or change in the number of the tour members necessitated by factors beyond our control before the date of departure or even during the tour. Whatever applicable all such increases must be paid in full before departure.
  • We will require 10% and balance payment prior 45 days, before departure of the tour.

Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years are complimentary in parents’ room without extra bed.
  • Milk/Food for infant or Children below 5 years chargeable on direct payment at hotel

Baggage Allowances

General Baggage Allowance on International Flights excluding low cost carrier.

  • First Class: 40 kg free baggage allowance per person.
  • Business Class: 30 kg free baggage allowance per person.
  • Economy Class: 20 kg free baggage allowance per person.

Cancellation Policy

  • For whatever reasons, if you want to cancel the booking, make sure to intimate us in writing. We are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges as per the company policy.

Cancellation Charges Per Person

  • 30 days or more prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour, taken non-refundable advance will be charged.
  • Tickets bought on promotion may be 100 % non changeable and non refundable. The validity of the ticket will be restrictive.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour, 50% of the package cost.
  • 14 to 07 days prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour 75% of the package cost.
  • 07 to 01 days prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour 100% of the package cost.
  • In case of no information 100% of the package cost.


  • We recommend you to confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. For Special request (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheel chair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from agency at least 72 hours prior to the departure.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend Travel Insurance. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away, however it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time. If the insurance is not with us, a charge of $50 will be applicable for any paperwork requested.
