Departure Tax:

Your Australian departure tax is included in the cost of your ticket.

Baggage Allowances:

Please check your Baggage Allowance at the time of booking.

General Baggage Allowance on International Flights excluding low cost carrier.

  • First Class: 40 kg free baggage allowance per person.

  • Business Class: 30 kg free baggage allowance per person.

  • Economy Class: 20 kg free baggage allowance per person.

Note: For travel to and from USA the above baggage allowance is not applicable.

Frequent Flyers:

If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer program, please retain your boarding passes and copies of tickets for point verification against your statement. Without these you may be unable to claim points.

Cancellation and Amendments effective 01st May’ 2015:

If you do have to cancel your reservations, every effort is made to minimize any fees incurred. In addition to airline and whole seller's cancellation agency fee of $165.00 per ticket applies and amendments before departure will be $110.00 per ticket and after departure will be $ 55.00 per ticket in addition to the airlines and the whole seller’s fees. Tickets bought on promotion may be 100% non changeable and non refundable. The validity of the ticket will be restrictive.

Your request for a refund of a booked airfare is governed by the terms and conditions of the airline from which you have purchased the airfare and is made or not made as determined by the airline. Many fares are non-refundable. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare. Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks or more. We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier.


All arrangements are subject to the supplier's (transport/accommodation/tour provider) regulations and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles, or as advised at the time of booking.


We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. For Special request (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheel chair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from agency at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away, however it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time. If the insurance is not with us, a charge of $50 will be applicable for any paperwork requested.


A valid passport is required to travel internationally. You are advised to have a passport valid for at least six months beyond the dates of your visit.

Visa and Documentation responsibilities:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate documentation including visas for the respective countries you intend to Travel.

Travel documents such as Air-Tickets cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport of the Traveler. Any incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking or confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

All prices quoted are for instant payment by cash, bank transfer, credit card, B-Pay. If you wish to pay by credit card, a service fee will apply.

A non refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit can be used by the same passenger within twelve months for another booking to the same destination.
